Advice on how to let data center leaders know we have power available

Hi Everyone. I'm not writing a sales pitch here. I'm really looking for advice to get a message out in an authentic way to IT and Facilities leaders.

My company buys and permits land for behind-the-meter on-site power generation. We create two shovel-ready pads: One for the on-site power yard, one for a data center. We do extensive "development" and it takes years.

What advice do you have for me to "Get the Word Out" to people who need more rackspace in an authentic, non-salesy, but also a direct way? Yes, we are working on building a library of content that teaches and informs, but that is a long-term process. I have a site just outside of Hartford, CT permitted for 18 MW with a 40k sf data center pad ready NOW.

I have 2 other sites that we've already sold to a data center builder/operator, (4MW and 5MW), just outside Hartford, CT that we're trying to pre-lease because he wants to break ground this fall to be operational by end of 2026.

I know there's a power shortage crisis, and interconnection queues are running 3 to 7 years across the country. We avoid those delays because we're already permitted to make our own power. We just need to build and then we're operational. So it's a big speed-to-market advantage for a data center.

How best to let the right people know about these opportunities without turning people off with a "sales" message?

I really appreciate your advice in advance!
