ReNew Developers is getting ahead of the data center "tidal wave" to make it as sustainable and community-friendly as possible.
We do this by:
Buying land and permitting it for BTM power generation.
We use sustainable generators that use natural gas today during the Energy Transition, but can switch to RNG, biofuels, or hydrogen when those distribution networks are built.
We lease or sell the data center pad to a DC company or an enterprise and we sell the power to them from our fuel cells or linear generators at a cost savings versus the local utility provider.
We send excess power and waste heat, stormwater, and CO2 to our on-site year-round greenhouses.
Our greenhouses donate fresh produce year-round in the Northeast to various food charities and schools. By doing this, we combat the challenges like food scarcity and insecurity.
To further our resilience, we are working on projects that will include Waste-to-Energy Plants on our land so that we can divert MSW and medical waste from landfills, convert the waste into a renewable gas, and use it as feedstock for our power generators that supply energy to the on-site data center.
We're always looking for introductions to:
Private Equity firms interested in our model
Data Center Operators
Enterprises that need more data center rack space
