NEWS: EPA puts 139 employees on leave who criticized administration

Also in Washington, the EPA has put 100+ employees on administrative leave for criticizing the Trump administration in an open letter to Administrator Lee Zeldin. (E&E News)

  • The open letter critiqued Trump’s regulatory rollbacks and efforts to downsize the EPA’s funding and staffing.

  • “We have a ZERO tolerance policy for agency bureaucrats unlawfully undermining, sabotaging, and undercutting the agenda of this administration as voted for by the great people of this country last November,” Zeldin said in a statement.
