Hello! I'm Sergej Marojevic, an experienced electrical contractor and a pioneering figure in the green energy and EV sector. Since 2003, I've been immersed in the electrical industry, starting my journey in Chicago in 2000 and then expanding my expertise in Los Angeles. I'm proud to have founded Qcharge, an operational company dedicated to advancing the EV sector through innovative technology and software solutions.
My Journey:
- Before USA (1994-1998): I worked as a Mechanical Technician for a manufacturing company for safety valves for hydraulics and pneumatics, and at the same time was an assistant at Atestaion Lab of Mechanical Univerity of Belgrade, Serbia where I also obtained my University Degree.
- Starting Point (2000-2003): I began my electrical career in Chicago, honing my skills and knowledge before moving to Los Angeles in 2003.
- EVCS Milestone (2006): My journey in the EV sector took a significant leap when I installed the first EVCS unit in Marina Del Rey, CA.
- Continued Growth: I've played a pivotal role in installing, supervising, and overseeing the installation of over 30,000 units in California alone.
Specialization:
- Electrical Systems: My experience spans the installation of top-tier electrical systems, including main switchgear upgrades and power distribution for industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
- Department Building: I've assisted multiple companies in developing their electrical departments from scratch.
- Electrical Installations: My experience of 23 years as an electrical contractor places me into the category of highly knowledgeable in this sector of implementation of installations and how to do it within best practices, budgets, etc.
