Linda has more than 25 years of experience in environmental consulting for clients in the electric transmission & distribution, renewables, federal, water, and oil & gas industries. She has expert institutional knowledge of clients and of major projects at the national level. Linda has experience in all phases of project management with a focused expertise in facility siting and routing, permitting, lands acquisition, environmental regulations and compliance during project development, construction, and operations. She excels at coordinating complex projects with government agencies and stakeholders. Linda is currently managing the environmental permitting, lands, and compliance for the Greenlink NV project, a system of new 525-kV, 345-kV, 230-kV, and 120-kV electric transmission facilities located across approximately 423 miles of private, state, and federal lands between northern and southern Nevada. If approved, this line has the potential to unlock up to 5,000 MW of renewable energy.
