As a Seasoned Substation Engineer and Physical Security Expert at POWER Engineers/WSP, I use that expertise to design and implement secure facilities across the United States. My experience spans two decades and includes nine years of leadership in corporate security operations at Portland General Electric. With a background in electronics engineering and military training in Power Generation/Distribution & anti-terrorism, I provide valuable insight regarding site selection and sabotage prevention. I am also well-versed in the NERC CIP-014 standard and hold certifications as an installer and programmer for many systems.
