Bio

I am Senior Program Coordinator at the United States Energy Association (USEA), which represents the U.S. Energy Sector. I lead activities in Colombia, India, and Honduras under the USAID-funded Energy Utility Partnership Program, focusing on the regulatory and legal framework necessary to successfully integrate renewable energies onto the electricity grid.

Prior to joining the USEA I worked for various universities in Mexico, including the Tecnológico de Monterrey, where I coordinated on-line training at the Institute for Global Sustainability (IGS), and coordinated climate-change projects at the Center for Dialogue and Analysis on North America.  My bachelor’s degree is from Georgetown University, and my Master’s from Johns Hopkins University (Washington D.C.). I also completed the coursework for a Master’s degree in Economics from the Colegio de Mexico.
