Dave Bryant is a founding member of CTC Global (formerly Composite Technology Corporation), the developer and manufacturer of the patented ACCC® Conductor and related hardware systems. For more than 23 years, Mr. Bryant has played an integral role in advancing composite-core conductor technology and supporting utilities and transmission operators across 70 countries.
As Director of Technology, he works closely with engineers, planners, regulators, and policymakers to promote high-capacity, low-sag Advanced Conductors as a strategic solution for modern grid challenges. He is the primary author and editor of Engineering Transmission Lines with High-Capacity, Low-Sag ACCC® Conductor (first published in 2011), a technical reference used widely within the transmission engineering community. He continues to author technical papers, white papers, policy commentaries, and industry articles to support grid modernization and the broader deployment of Advanced Conductors worldwide.
Prior to CTC Global, Mr. Bryant founded American Structural Composites, a manufacturer of advanced composite building systems. Earlier in his career, he served as Executive Vice President of Nevatech Industries, a U.S. defense contractor specializing in composite radome systems for water-, land-, and air-based applications.
Based in Southern California, Mr. Bryant remains an active contributor to the global transmission industry, bringing decades of materials science experience, executive leadership, and field-proven expertise to the evolving energy landscape.
