As Director of Products, Troy oversees the strategy and execution of tactics surrounding new product development, product management, and marketing for AM’s product portfolios. Over the past 20 years he’s established a proven track record of success utilizing his entrepreneurial business development, product development, and marketing skills bringing innovative water and energy saving measures to market. Before joining AMC, Troy was a serial entrepreneur and co-founder of Evolve Technologies where he was instrumental in developing and launching ShowerStart® Technology into the country’s largest utility, multifamily, and consumer channels with partners such as SoCalGas, SDGE, Pacific Gas & Electric, SRP, Greystar, Costco, Ace Hardware and Home Depot.
