Katie has over 17 years of experience in the utility power industry. She has a wide range of experience executing complex projects with short deadlines and demanding clients. She has led complicated project planning efforts including scoping, contract structuring, sequencing and extensive risk analysis on many engineer, procure and construct execution plans within the power transmission and distribution industry. She designs substations solutions to solve different client needs and ensures the right resources, tools and execution plan are in place for project success. Her ability to partner with external and internal stakeholders drives mutual project success. She is focused on developing and executing Grid Solutions projects, including Substation and Transmission Line engineer, procure and/or construction projects.
