Played various leadership roles within the Utilities Industry vertical at TCS. Have been part of the journey and the growth since the very inception of the vertical. Have architected many business transformation programmes across Gas, Electricity and Water domains. Played various leadership roles that range from managing account level relationship, managing portfolio of multiple accounts to managing Clusters. Key Points:

1. Managed multiple programmes in the area of asset management including Asset Investment Planning using Reliability Centred Maintenance principles, Capital Delivery & Integrated Planning and Work & Assets Management. Have been working in the area of Asset Analytics, BI and Situational Awareness

2. Managed complex engagements within utilities by leading and integrating large Onsite and Offshore teams using TCS Global Network Delivery Model .

3. Have been associated with multiple (4) engagements involving merger & acquisitions as well as de-mergers within Utilities domain and led the IT & Process integration/separation.

4. Have been closely associated with Retail Separation of Water and managed the same from IT & associated processes point of view within Scotland.

5. Have regularly participated and presented papers of asset management and analytics in various international seminars.
