In my 25-year professional career, I have gained unique experience, consisting in the simultaneous management of processes and organization in the areas of: sales, production and R&D. In the course of these activities, I found out that the individual interests of these organizational units may turn out to be contradictory if common strategic goals are not defined and properly understood. In such a situation there will be "bottlenecks" in places where they will have a negative impact on the main processes. We will not eliminate „bottlenecks”definitively - they should be properly allocated.
