Bill Brackett

Bill Brackett is the Vice President of Product Strategy at ARCOS, a provider of field workforce management solutions that help utilities and other critical infrastructure industries manage people, work, and assets on a single platform. For more than 16 years, Brackett has been a driving force behind innovation at ARCOS, helping bring solutions to market that solve complex workforce management issues and keep operations running smoothly. Brackett’s experience spans leadership roles in professional services, support, product and customer success, providing him with a holistic understanding of customer needs and product lifecycles. 

Prior to ARCOS, Brackett was a professional services consultant for a logistics software provider, overseeing projects across the US, Europe and Asia. He is a proud alumnus of The Ohio State University, holding a Bachelor of Business degree.
