Tal Paperany, father, husband. Founder & CEO at Bulbee – The Initiative for Personal Energy Sustainability – https://bulbee.net . Former lawyer & legal adviser at Renewable Energy field – startups, EPC companies etc. Expert at conceptual integration, deep knowledge at human decision making, behavioral biases.
Bulbee is Self-funded and owned IT project in Energy, Energy Efficiency field & Renewables field, incorporated as EU company. Selected as one of Top 100 (out of 780 global start-ups and companies) of World's most promising Energy Start-up by 27 countries.
The main purpose and goal of Bulbee Initiative are to provide all Residential Electricity Consumers with tools, resources, Knowhow, and support that are necessary for transforming their homes into fully or at least partially sustainable homes energy wise in a most cost-efficient manner.
