Anne Locke McBroom has a strong background in project engineering and construction management, which she uses to manage various projects from concept to scheduling, EPC contract development and negotiation, budgets, management throughout the full project lifecycle. She has an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Colorado Denver, a B.S. in Construction Management/Interdisciplinary Studies from Colorado State University and is currently enrolled in an M.B.A. program at Colorado State University. She is also a Master Electrician.
