Skye Perry

I am passionate about all things business and entrepreneurship related. While I started my career as a software programmer, consultant, and project manager, these days my work as the CEO of SSP Innovations looks quite different. Between then and now, I've held just about every position at SSP and have been lucky enough to grow my career alongside the company.

Today I have an amazing executive team as well as a very supportive board via our investment partners at Warren Equity. I am currently responsible for setting the overall vision, technical direction and corresponding culture for our growing team of 130+. For me, business is all about relationships and I work hard to develop and maintain those relationships with our employees, our partners, and, of course, our customers. Tactically speaking, my day to day role covers three primary areas - oversight of business operations, technical innovation, and finance. I am blessed beyond measure to be at the helm of this amazing company which has grown to be so much more than I could have ever imagined.

I founded SSP Innovations in 2003 and went full time with the business in June of 2007. We provide geospatial (GIS) & work management software product and consulting services to utilities, telecoms, and pipeline operators around the world. While we started in my basement, we now have three offices in Centennial, CO, Mukwonago, WI, and Carlsbad, CA as well as remote employees across the rest of the US. In addition to running SSP, I blog frequently and speak regularly at both utility/technology events as well as entrepreneur-related functions.
