BioDavid McIntyre is a former U.S. Marine Corps officer who started his environmental consulting career in 1999 at the U.S. Army’s Yuma Proving Ground. For the past 17 years, David’s work preparing environmental documentation under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) has been focused primarily in the desert southwest, though he has experience in the Southeast as well as Alaska and Hawaii. David has worked extensively with the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Army. In addition to his work with the Department of Defense (DoD), David has worked on almost every type of renewable energy project, including wind, solar, and geothermal.
