Hadley is a Policy Analyst at Energy Innovation, focusing on electrification of buildings, transportation, and industry to reach decarbonization. Her work also supports the electricity program.
Hadley joined EI after two years as an air quality and sustainability consultant at an environmental engineering firm, Ramboll. In this role, she conducted analyses on the public health and environmental impacts of transportation, building development, and manufacturing processes. Her work included modeling emissions reductions from electric vehicle expansion and conducting lifecycle GHG assessments of a utility transitioning to 100 percent renewables.
Hadley holds a B.S. in chemical and biological engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. While at CU Boulder, she interned at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, working on strategic initiatives for the earth and environmental science research area. She also led program design and planning for CU Boulder’s 2019 Conference on World Affairs.
Outside of work, Hadley enjoys being outside on bike, foot, or skis.
