Marzia has over twenty years of experience spanning business, government and non-profit sectors creating and implementing strategies and policies for the new energy system. She has a track record of successfully developing energy policies at the international stage as well as extensive California energy policy experience. She has also developed successful strategies for social responsibility leading to a change in the value chain of companies such as AT&T and PG&E and created the transportation regulations that helped legitimize ride sharing companies (i.e. Uber & Lyft).
Marzia currently leads the Council’s innovation team where she is focusing on how emerging technologies and policies are shaping the energy transition.
