Currently Carolyn Paynton is part of the founding team of Alderbuck Energy Inc., a provider of Solid State Transformers, Carolyn was also a founder of Rhombus Energy Solutions, a specialized Power Electronics company that designed and built V2G Power Control Systems and controls for electric vehicle charging. Carolyn brings over 25 years of experience in a range of management capacities. From 2006 to 2011 Carolyn worked on contracts, marketing and sales of zero emission/hybrid propulsion systems and energy storage systems at ISE Corporation. From 2002 to 2006 Carolyn managed the sales and marketing for electron beam and gamma processing of polymers and crystal lattice modification of semiconductors in the Advanced Applications Division at Ion Beam Applications. Carolyn received a B.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Central Washington University and published on “Methods of Power and Influence” in the Journal of Social Psychology.
