Toby Couture is Founder and Director of E3 Analytics, an independent renewable energy consultancy based in the Berlin area. He has over 15 years of experience working in the clean energy sector and has advised governments in over forty countries worldwide including in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas. Prior to founding E3 Analytics in 2009, he worked as Energy and Financial Markets Analyst at the U.S. National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL) in Colorado.
