As a highly skilled and innovative project management professional with a proven track record of success in the Energy, Oil and Gas sectors, I am now focusing on Hydrogen, Energy Transition and Decarbonization. I specialize in Energy Transition with hydrogen, developing and implementing decarbonization strategies that have resulted in significant cost savings and increased efficiency. With 15+ years of experience, I have expertise in the projects execution phase of industrial projects such as oil and gas projects, which includes detailed engineering, procurement, and construction for chemical and petrochemical plants.

My core specialties include FEED for Renewable Energy and Energy Transition, chemical and petrochemical facility design and manufacturing, experience in hydrogen generation, handling, and end-use projects, technology transfer, and project management. In addition, I have experience in process optimization and scale-up, which allows me to optimize processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and manage complex projects to deliver results. I have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. I have a deep understanding of the energy, oil and gas, and hydrogen industries and stay updated with the latest developments and trends.

I have also led and developed the first national industrial alkaline electrolyser R&D project in Turkey as the Project Manager (Mar 2017 - Dec 2018). My responsibilities included leading the R&D team, developing innovative process concepts for alkaline water electrolysis, leading basic and detail engineering development, and managing the commissioning process. I also identified and pursued greenfield development opportunities and developed partnerships to enhance the company's hydrogen strategy.

I am a results-driven professional with a strong work ethic. I am also a team player with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail. In my free time, I enjoy staying updated on the latest developments in the energy and engineering sectors and participating in extracurricular activities such as volunteering for environmental conservation projects.
