Interested in energy efficiency evaluation, organizational studies, and practical realties of climate change. In particular, how climate change impacts electricity, gas, and water infrastructure and how climate change will be reflected in rates and rate designs in the near term (5 years), the medium range (2050 - 2075), and the longer range (through 2100 - 2150) using methods of decision making under deep uncertainty.
