He has in-depth knowledge of comprehensive federal, state and local permitting, as well as National Environmental Policy Act and Clean Air Act permitting. His experience includes preparing Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, technical studies and environmental permit applications associated with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, U.S. Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and various state agencies.
