Burak Omer Saracoglu had his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD.) degree from the Institute of Science and Technology at the Istanbul Technical University (ITU) in 2009, his Master of Science (MSc.) degree in the Industrial Engineering at the ITU in 2005 and his Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in the Naval Architecture and Marine Systems Engineering at ITU in 2002. He worked in several positions such as planning engineer, project manager, logistics manager, research and development (R&D) engineer and project developer. He has been working in the R&D related subjects in the energy industry for more than 10 years. He has more than 15 papers and articles in the energy topics in the international scientific journals, conferences, and magazines.
