Matt Sadinsky is an organization development consultant in executive search in energy. He owns and operates Prequalified Ready Employees for Power PReP Intl since 2009. Matt cofounded System Operations Success, SOS Intl in 2002, serving as CEO until 2012. Matt introduced multi-modalTM content and simulation to over 11,000 power system operators and engineers at over 1000 client utilities. PReP Intl was launched in 2009 to match veterans, grads and pros to “hot jobs” in Energy Technology (ET). As a staffing firm, PReP Intl leverages deep networks, social media, video and simulation to the assessment and validation of candidates in Energy Organizations for speed and quality. Matt is a graduate of Cornell University and began his career with ten years at Continental Can Company. Matt served as VP HR with David Gunn at the NYC Transit Authority in the early 1990’s that rid the NYC subways of graffiti, tripled the mean distance between failure and restored the system to a state of good repair. Matt has held Chief HR officer roles at global organizations like Alcatel Alstom and Vivendi-Universal’s Interactive Games group. Matt was the first HR/OD architect at NC start-ups: Magellan Labs, PERGO Flooring and GridSouth – the FERC Approved RTO for the Southeastern US. Matt Sadinsky publishes and speaks frequently on OD, leading transformation, improving leadership and decision making through simulation and Energy Technology Matt’s paper on “Building a Culture of Compliance” at the World Forum for Energy Regulation in Athens, Greece in October 2009 was followed by the keynote address at the National Council for Continuing Education and Training (NCCET) on the importance and relevance of adding Energy Technology “ET” curriculum to community colleges in 2010. In 2011-12, Matt participated with the Dept. of Energy – Electric Advisory Committee developing recommendations to assure system reliability through more effective workforce development. PReP Intl is a member of E4 the Carolinas focused on coordinating the Energy Cluster in the Carolina’s balancing Leadership in Energy organizations for economically viable, environmentally responsible, efficient use of energy and other resources for performance and sustainability. PReP Intl has joined with the Electric Power Conference to document and celebrate onboarding veterans in Energy Organizations. Matt serves as Dir Government Affairs for SHRM, is active in the Boy Scouts and enjoys camping with his 5 kids.
