I manage POWER’s Eastern Biology Department and I specialize in project management of electric utility siting and linear infrastructure projects and the associated environmental surveys and permitting throughout the Midwest. I advise teams on Clean Water Act permitting, Ohio Power Siting Board filings, and state and local permitting. I leverage my Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) certification and background as a wetland delineator, permitting lead, and project coordinator to move projects forward and exceed client expectations.
