Interested in all facets of the renewable energy sector such as project finance, policy, energy efficiency, GIS, REC and PPA contracts, and energy market analysis. Particular interest in financing of investments that generate environmental benefits as part of the broader strategy to achieve inclusive, resilient and sustainable development. Possess project experience researching and analyzing energy markets, regulatory environments, and financial data for wind, solar, and natural gas clients. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills creating and interpreting data with mastery of advanced Excel tools and communication through PowerPoint presentations. Experience analyzing energy development constraints such as regulatory, environmental, fuel resources, land lease agreements, and grid interconnection. Knowledge of utility business structure, as well as rate tariffs and cases. Possess impeccable written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills from working in team environments. Willing to relocate and travel.

Through my coursework at Penn State I have; developed Pro Forma statements, (NPV, IRR, LCOE, WACC), built financial models, traded crude and natural gas futures (Hedges, Swaps, Spreads, etc.), researched several global, federal, and state energy policies, and performed presentations both in-person and via web technology. Specific policy knowledge through research and analysis of New York's REV: Clean Energy Standard, VDER, NY-SUN, Community Choice Aggregation, Non-Wires Alternative, BuildSmartNY, PACE, and NY Green Bank.

Continual learning, time management, critical thinking, due diligence, and working in teams are a few of my strong points that continue to grow and evolve. I embrace the challenge of new technology and I am skilled in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, and Project. I am proficient in Python, Salesforce CRM, SQL, Adobe CC, and ESRI ArcMap 10.5 and ArcGIS Pro.
