Kimberley’s 20+ year background helping customers with digital transformation includes providing product management and consulting services to public/private utilities (electric, gas, water, wastewater, refuse, renewables) as well as private industries, to improve their overall field service, customer engagement and asset and work management processes and strategy. Acting as a conduit between customers and product development she has been involved with functional requirements and designs for innovative features with core focus on single scheduling engine for both short & long-cycle work, ease of use for mobile field crews, and operational efficiency & safety across the following solutions: mobile field work management, customer experience, asset and work management, supply chain, construction, GIS, and business intelligence. In addition to working for software providers such as Oracle, her experience includes time spent as a software customer while working at Veolia Water North America where she worked closely with North American water/wastewater and energy projects optimizing both their field service and work and asset management processes. Most recently Kimberley joined KloudGin as the Director of Industry Solutions where she is leveraging her past product management and deep industry experience to redefine the digitally-enabled Utility of the future.
