With over 7 years of experience in various leadership sectors, Saikat Das is a Project Engineer at FoundOcean, a global leader in subsea and offshore engineering solutions. He thrives in high-pressure and fast-paced situations, applying his expertise in climate change emergency, adaptation, and mitigation to support the world's NetZero target. He is also a certified data scientist and a PRINCE2® Foundation practitioner, with offshore construction, civil structural, and ESG reporting skills.

Saikat is passionate about creating a positive impact and value for his clients, stakeholders, and the environment. He is a YOUNGO Energy Governance Coordinator at the United Nations, a Climate Fresk Coordinator at Climate Fresk UK, and a COP28/27/26 Delegate. He holds a master's degree in Economics and Policy of Energy and Climate Change from the University of Strathclyde, and a bachelor's degree in Offshore Structures from the Indian School of Petroleum and Energy. He is also a mentor, coach, and consultant for startups and entrepreneurs, helping them with branding, transformation, and growth strategies.
