Thiago Ferreira began his career as an apprentice and has over 18 years of experience in the power transformer industry, holding roles as leader, coordinator, and contract manager, with a focus on quality, safety, reliability, and operational excellence. He currently works at a multinational company in the United States and was one of the first members of the Quality team at the country’s new power transformer factory. Since early 2025, he has been involved in process implementation, technology transfer, training, and systems focused on traceability, safety, and continuous improvement. Thiago holds an MBA, is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified, IEEE Member and is expanding his academic background in the U.S. through Central Piedmont Community College, in partnership with Minuta College.
