Additionally he serves as relationship manager for some of Aon's major utilities and power generation clients.

Marshall's prior experience includes five years as an officer in the U.S. Navy's Nuclear Submarine Force. He has twice addressed the Nuclear Energy Institute's Conference on Nuclear Insurance, written numerous papers on the subject, and provided expert testimony. He has also addressed other utility and insurance industry groups, including AGA, Aegis, EEI and various conferences on insurance and risk management for independent power projects.

He is a standing member of the Price Anderson working group of the Nuclear Energy Institute in the United States. "Price Anderson" refers to the legislation and amendments relating to insurance for nuclear plants and projects in the United States.

Marshall has had extensive insurance brokerage experience with nuclear power locations, having been involved with the insurance programs of nearly 75% of the U.S. nuclear utilities, and many overseas. He is intimately familiar with the intricacies of the U.S. nuclear insurance and indemnity systems and the nuclear property insurance programs. He has been actively involved with the nuclear insurance programs of Aon's clients.
