BioAdam Simpson co-founded Mainspring and leads product, external affairs, and intellectual property as Chief Product Officer. He has been actively involved in the design of the breakthrough fuel-flexible Mainspring Linear Generator from the founding of the company through its commercial launch in 2020. Prior to Mainspring, Adam was a recipient of Global Climate Energy Project funding to advance analysis techniques for making decisions in energy, with the goal of guiding economically and environmentally sound investments and policies in a complex and evolving sector. Adam has consulted for Sandia National Laboratory and energy-focused venture firms in Silicon Valley.
