Kellee is a UDC consultant with 20 years of experience in GIS. Seven of those years have been focused on the Electric Distribution Grid domain, working with GIS, OMS, ADMS, and SCADA solutions. Kellee supports ADMS initiatives for UDC’s electric utility clients.
