Christine Hertzog is a Principal Technical Leader focused on OT Cyber Security research at EPRI. She conducts research on new technologies suitable for OT environments and informs industry stakeholders on opportunities and challenges to securing critical infrastructure. One of the challenges is ensuring that utilities have appropriately skilled resources fulfilling OT cyber security roles for current and future technologies, and Christine is actively engaged in building and executing EPRI's strategy there. She also works with academic research communities to collaboratively accelerate innovations into demonstrations in mission-critical environments.
Christine is a published author of industry books focused on advanced infrastructure and data privacy and has contributed numerous white papers and technical articles on grid modernization and cyber security.
Education: Master of Science degree in Telecommunications - University of Colorado-Boulder.
