I have more than 35 years of experience in marketing/advertising/communications – including 18 years on the utility client side. I have helped create some of the most impactful energy efficiency/demand side management customer behavior campaigns, a leading renewable energy brand, customer satisfaction improvement campaigns, and directing communications at the state’s largest community mental health organization through the pandemic.
