In my current role as the Manager of Energy Efficiency and Demand Response, I lead a team has that made significant contributions towards achieving our original STEP goal and the development and approval of our new STEP program. ย This experience allows me to understand the value and key drivers behind many of our programs. My experience in this area helps develop a deep understanding in developing, communicating and delivering products and services among a wide customer base including Mass Market Residential, Small Commercial and Managed Accounts.
