Rick Fisher

An expert in electric utility regulatory, compliance, finance, and accounting processes, Rick leads the development strategy for PowerPlan's planning software solutions, including asset investment optimization, capital budgeting, driver-based O&M budgeting, and rate case and ROE monitoring. 

With a passion for driving value through continuous improvement from the organizational level down to the individual, from setting a vision through developing and leading the path forward, Rick leverages lean, agile approaches to drive competitive software solution features and enhancements. He works closely with asset-intensive companies to streamline processes and add strategic planning value to their business.  

Prior to his role at PowerPlan, Rick spent more than 16 years in financial, regulatory, and accounting roles at one of the nation's largest electric utilities.
