Donna Ward

I bring 29+ years of experience in the wire and cable manufacturing industry with Southwire Company. As the Vice President of Utility Sales and Commercial Marketing, I oversee business strategy, sales initiatives, and stakeholder relationships for the Utility Business Unit.

I have also served as Vice President of Customer Service and Specialty Distribution, and of Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales for the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) Division.

Select achievements from my career include:
• Increasing revenue, EBIT, volume, and Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) since joining unit
• Implementing robotic process automation (RPA) and KPIs that reduced order entry processing time and increased order confirmations
• Growing the OEM organization and increasing market share

Earlier in my career, I was Director of the OEM Group as well as Director and Marketing Manager for the Electrical Division.
