I started my tech journey in 2003, playing the role of an Enterprise Sales Executive for some of the big names in the tech world. 2018 was a game-changer for me. That's when I found myself diving into the world of Contact Center Software, targeting some of the seasoned municipalities. At first, wrapping my head around how Utilities work was a curveball, especially when realizing their slower pace and hesitancy towards the Cloud.

Fast-forward a bit, and I'm deep into selling Industry Cloud CRM, blending the strengths of Vlocity and Salesforce. It wasn't a walk in the park from the get-go, but once we got our first client on board, there was no looking back. While CRM was our bread and butter, it was my brush with powercloud that shifted my gaze to the entire Meter-to-Cash process. That's when I got excited selling CIS/Billing software.

I've been on both sides of the fence – big tech giants and startups. If there's one thing I've cherished, it's the art of thinking outside the box and genuinely tuning into what the customer says. Through the grapevine, I caught wind of the struggles many Utilities face to meet Clean Energy benchmarks.

That's what spurred the birth of powerconnect.ai. Teaming up with some of the sharpest data scientists and industry insiders, we're on a mission. Not just to give Utilities a leg up, but to bridge knowledge gaps all around. We're talking a tailored AI Self-Service and Agent Assistant for Clean Energy initiatives.
