Voltus and Cloverleaf Infrastructure are testing a new model where data centers finance VPPs directly, sidestepping traditional market constructs. (Latitude Media)
Under the “bring your own capacity” structure, hyperscalers fund VPPs in the regions where they’re building, and Voltus delivers that contracted capacity straight to the utility.
