This should make it easy for wholesale capacity markets to integrate distributed energy resources into their supply mix. Now if FERC will just "adopt this NAESB standard by reference" and mandate its acceptance in wholesale markets we will see more investments in DER. We're going to need all the energy we can get as the energy tranistion evolves and picks up momentum.
