Tzeporah points out that even just using the energy reserved right now will result in horrendous pollution, so an expansion of more fossil fuel usage would make pollution even worse.

Here, the Clean Energy Business Network publicizes that the Department of Energy is offering a prize of $15 million as part of an initiative for either individuals or organizations to come up with ways for rural areas to improve energy systems and increase clean energy. The initiative offers projects for up to 90 runner ups.
