Recognizing National Cut Your Energy Costs Day on January 10 with Energy Central's Top Energy Efficiency Content

January 10 marks the annual celebration of National Cut Your Energy Costs Day. While this day and its noble intent has no doubt always been of high importance, this year perhaps marks the most critical time for many homes, businesses, and their power providers when it comes to conserving energy where possible. With tough economic conditions, restricted fuel supplies, and rising power prices, finding where customer can cut the fat out of their daily consumption is more of a priority than ever.

As a nod to this important topic and day of recognition, Energy Central decided to pull the top, most-viewed articles from our Energy Efficiency Group over the past year to highlight what actions are already being taken within our community and in the wider industry. Perhaps some of the content below will inspire actions you can take in your organization and how you can engage with customers and other stakeholders. If you have additional thoughts or ideas, let's use the comments section below as an open discussion on innovative and creative ways to cut energy costs.
