Toledo's energy efficiency program Leopardo is no more

Toldeo selected a company called Leopardo to bring energy efficiency and savings to the area.  Several of the city’s buildings are in need of an upgrade but the price tag was estimated at $40 million.  Rejecting their proposal, the city will pursue a less expensive approach to reach energy efficiency goals for its buildings. Leopardo has worked with other cities like South Euclid, Ohio to increase energy savings and efficiency.  What options can utilities provide to municipalities?  How is your utility helping cities with affordable energy management?
