Toldeo selected a company called Leopardo to bring energy efficiency and savings to the area. Several of the city’s buildings are in need of an upgrade but the price tag was estimated at $40 million. Rejecting their proposal, the city will pursue a less expensive approach to reach energy efficiency goals for its buildings.
