Structured solutions: the new animal
If there is a convergence on the situation that companies and institutions find themselves in these times, it is the increased complexity!
Perceived risks are "high". There are more factors that influence the pace of activities and associated outcomes. And mitigating these risks has become more challenging.
In this scenario there is a clear trend that "is here to stay".
Structured solutions in the energy area. Whether to improve energy efficiency, to enable local generation, to contract energy in the free market, to arbitrate costs among energy sources or even to access the grid at a higher voltage.
They combine technical, financial, management and legal solutions in a single package. They facilitate the customer and bring more robust results. They enable the solution provider a package with greater added value.
True win-win. I have already made this type of (structured) solution possible for companies and the results have been incredible, from projects of millions of USD to those with very low cost.
