Solar evolution proposal
One way to make solar energy viable, which depends on firm sources daily (at night) is to value the energy it exports (during the day) and imported (at night) at the "spot" price (PLD - settlement price of differences). .
In this way solar energy becomes a market driven commodity.. The risks and benefits are transferred to those who choose to contract a solar solution and not everybody else.
As the "spot" is identified by the hour, it is easy and simple to do the accounting. In other words, the energy exported and imported will be valued every hour according to the official price published by the CCEE (Chamber of Electric Energy Trading - the Brazilian power exchange).
This model has the great advantage of being neutral in relation to all other consumers - those who do not contract solar energy.
