One of the things covered in Ursula von der Leyen's annual EU State of the Union speech was the need for an EU-wide plan to introduce mandatory electricity savings

Whilst this energy efficiency crisis my not yet be a discussion point in North America, it is relevant to show the harmony between times of day when buildings are in use and the heating / cooling capacity available within wastewater networks to supply the heating / cooling needs of the buildings. Why? This directly affects the ability of cities to decarbonise by switching away from fossil fuels for heating and also manage peak afternoon electrical network loads (in warmer climates).
