The state just launched a two-year Dispatchable Distributed Generation (DDG) pilot that will fast-track about 100 MW of small, flexible solar-plus-storage projects near Denver and other constrained areas.
The goal: Capture remaining federal tax credits while proving distributed clean energy can deliver reliability and savings faster than large-scale grid projects.
