What’s it all about?

Innovation and Intraprenuership! How can large organisations be disruptive, innovative and avoid the challenges of inertia that so often exist in corporations. Domenico has been doing this for many years, in more than one corporation. Danfoss are hugely active in the energy efficiency in buildings and industry, as well as the electrification on transport. Being a founder isn’t for everyone, but you can still be creative and disruptive, and work in a corporate environment, if the company has the right mindset.
